Push your invoices from Stitchex to your QuickBooks Online account and read payments from your QuickBooks Online account into Stitchex.
To Connect your QuickBooks to Stitchex:
- Navigate to your Settings menu.
- Select QuickBooks Online from the Settings menu (Figure 1).
- Click on Connect to QuickBooks icon (Figure 2).
If you are not logged into your QuickBooks, you may be prompted to enter your login credentials. If you are already logged in, you will be presented with this page (Figure 3). Click "Connect".
Your connection will now be confirmed within Stitchex (Figure 4):
Pushing Invoices and Pulling Payments
Use the Push Remaining Invoices and Pull Payments from QuickBooks buttons to synchronize invoices and payments between the systems. (Figure 5)
Activity (Monitoring Success & Failures)
As your invoices are being pushed and payments are being received, you will see the counts increase. At the bottom of this screen you will find an Activity section that will show you the success or failures of invoices or payments. For those that fail, Stitchex will provide information as to why it failed.
After making the correction, click "Push Remaining Invoices" or "Pull payments from QuickBooks" again to continue the synchronization.
If you do not want to push a whole batch of invoices and only want to push one in particular you are working with, navigate to that Invoice. At the bottom left, click on the "Push to QuickBooks" icon.
On the QuickBooks Settings page, you have other settings you can configure.
